I am currently taking an Office Procedure course to prepare me to become an Office Administrator. Administrators play a very important role within the organization.
I knew i made the right decision when i decided to become an Office Administrator because i look forward to having a challenging job. Office Administrators are important in a business because they ensure the efficient performance of all departments in an organization. Most administrative assistants duties revolve around managing and distributing information within an office. This includes answering phones, taking memos and maintaining files. They may also be in charge of sending and receiving correspondence, as well as greeting clients and customers.
Technology skills are important because you have to work with office software programs. Communication, time- management, problem-solving, creative thinking, stress management, customer focus, leadership and organizational ability are also some skills you need to have as an Office Professional.
I think i would fit in beautifully and be a great addition to the Administrators team because i possess a combination of skills of an Office professional and I am very passionate about the things I do. I also know that i can work and deliver exceptional results.
